Mal Wright has over 30 years building experience and is respected throughout the building industry with his wide knowledge of building residential and commercial.

Mal Wright is a Carpenter, Licenced Builder, Building Consultant, Building Inspector and a Clerk of Works.
Mal specializes in Pre-Purchase Building Inspections and is known as Mr Pedantic with many clients using him to inspect there dwellings prior to purchase including Solicitors, Real Estate agents with their own and family purchases knowing from dealings with Mal that he does not cut corners and spends as much time as necessary to inspect a clients intended home and property for defects prior to their purchase of such a large investment. The reports are in layman's terms easy to understand and well set out dividing minor defects from major defects all done to the new Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007.

The average time on site inspecting a dwelling and property is approximate 2 hours on site and then another hour in the office proofing the report after a typist has completed the report which includes colour photos presented to the client in a display folder by post. Reports are also emailed to the Client and Solicitor or Conveyancer providing he has or is given their email address.
