More thorough than the opposition

When I was going off to buy my first house I thought it was a good idea to get two inspectors in. Off the first report we would have bought the house. When reading Mal's report however we reconsidered. Mal picked up on many defects that the first inspector missed, many of which would have cost us thousands in the very short term. The thermal camera was incredible and well worth the extra $110.00 with the major water leak the camera detected which has now been fixed to prevent water damage as the agent had their builder go out and fix it on our request while the purchase is under way. Thanks heaps and we will use you again on our next purchase.

Thanks for the great work Mal providing the report on time and well presented. The defects you reported on was good reading which even my wife understood and gave us a great insight on what we are considering purchasing. I had no idea when we saw the house of any of the defects that you noted as we were looking at more where our furniture is going to go and only had you inspect the property on our solicitors advice.

Thankfully we took his advice and used you as we have had a builder estimate on the repairs which have been quoted at just over $30,000 and have decided not to purchase the property as the vendors will not regotiate the price. Will be in contact when we find another suitable property.

Hi Mal there are not enough words to thank you for your high standards of reporting, we used you twice as the first house we didn't buy and found a better house the second time for the same price with lesser defects. With out your assistance we may have settled on the first house and would of been really sorry latter on.

Thank you for your assistance with your modern tools in my day we didn't have that sort of technologically although televisions where just released for the common person and black and white TV is all that existed. I was referred to you from 3 different people and found your services fantastic and unbelievable, thank you for demonstrating the thermal imaging camera to show me what it does. You came to our house and detected termites where pest experts did not find and you even found live termites which was scary although you provided us a pest expert to treat the dwelling and rid the termites. My wife and I are over 80 years old and yes we were very distressed with your findings however have since realized without your expertise the damage over time would of escalated and devastate our home. Do other pest experts and companies know of your tools, do you advertise and why are you not a pest expert with your knowledge?

I have told all the people at the bowling club about you and I think others should know of what the tools you have combined.
